All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are significant delays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer two shipping options:
Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 7–15 business days
- Shipping Fee: $8.00
- Available for all orders
Expedited Shipping
- Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping Fee: $15.00
- Priority handling and faster delivery
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.
3. Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $55 USD.
- Orders $55 and above → Free Standard Shipping
- Orders below $55 → Standard Shipping fee applies ($8)
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- United States
- Selected international countries (if applicable)
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
6. Delivery Delays
While we work closely with trusted carriers, MHKMON is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Peak season or holiday delays
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
MHKMON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.
