Refund Policy

At MHKMON, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a return and refund service according to the policy below.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • The item must have all original tags attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The item must not show any signs of washing, damage, stains, perfume, or wear

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items purchased with significant clearance discounts (if stated)
  • Washed, worn, altered, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

3. How to Request a Return

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (required for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back before receiving return approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item was damaged during delivery

For approved returns due to customer preference (such as size, style, or change of mind), the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

After verification, we will provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Customers may request a return after receiving the order according to our return policy.

8. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order after your return is approved.
